The Fisheries Programme Sector Support (FSPS) - a DANIDA (Danish Government International Development Assistant) programme to Vietnam at Ministry of Fisheries (MoFI) was continuously selected i3 Network Systems as a Managed Service Provider to provide total high-end solution for Local Area Network (LAN), servers, workstations and license software for the management information system and sub-system. This network will be operating at The Institute for Marin Fisheries, a Scientific - Technological Research Institution in the Marine Fisheries, with overall requirements as:

• Support for research and data processing requirements

• Support for storing, updating and searching information,

• Support for Administration Management purpose,

• Intranet and Internet connection with MoFi network to synchronize databases

• Provide basic services for user such as: Net logon, File and Printer sharing, Database access, Email and Internet access,

• High secure ensures security of entire systems preventing hackers from intrusion, information theft,

• End to end manageability, services and monitoring,

• Scalability: The network must be able to grow as the organization grows, and as more of the organization is included in the network. The initial design must be scalable across several orders of magnitude of network growth without omission of initial investment,

•  Train the users,

• Maintenance, Surveillance and Manage (MSM) the RIMF LAN network after installation,
