- April 2002, Agriculture Sector Programme Support (ASPS - DANIDA), a US$ 60 million funded singed a maintenance services contract with i3 for its whole IT system.

- March 2002, by corporation with Sutrix Media, i3 professionally completed building the Web Application Development Software for Credit Monitoring Component (CMS).

The system allows Agricultural Sector Programme Support (ASPS) staff to enter and monitor loan information received from VBARD. The system contains two components: a desktop application that allows district and provincial level staff to input data; and a central server-based web application that allows registered users to view loan information and run reports at a national level.
