Responsibilities:
- Provide pro-active technology leadership to ensure optimal performance of the e-commerce operation
- Lead and manage a group of IT professionals
- Analyze and forecast future IT resource requirements in relation to hardware, communication speed, security and network stability
- Implement, lead and manage development projects
- Establish network standards and policy
- Formulate and implement disaster recovery plans
- Identify and acquire new technology to improve process efficiency, enhance franchisees' business operations and improve customers' purchasing experience
- Provide technological advice to the CEO
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- More than five years experience in managing technical teams, IT project management and implementations
- Experience in the Oracle database platform, e-commerce technologies, and Internet Protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical ability
- Strong interest in advanced technology
- Enjoy working in fast pace environment
