HR + Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Provide the full range of HR management functions and oversee daily office operations and administration, including correspondence, building maintenance, filing etc.
  • Attract and retain employees, arrange and oversee training, design compensation plans, select and manage benefit programs and advise management on employment law
  • Provide direction and support to senior management in developing associates through training, coaching, performance management and appropriate placement to maintain a high caliber work force and qualified pool of promote-able candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of HR Experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
