Responsibilities:
- Assist
the HR/Administration Manager with daily office operations
- Provide
office administration support, including typing and secretarial
services
- Oversee
the office filing system
- Ensure
office supplies and necessities are stocked
- Reception
duties, including answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
and guests
Requirements:
- Minimum
1-2 years previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant
- Proficient
computer user, with good knowledge of MS Office Software (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) essential
- Pleasant
disposition, customer-oriented
- At least
5' Level passes, one of which must be in English
