Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR/Administration Manager with daily office operations
  • Provide office administration support, including typing and secretarial services
  • Oversee the office filing system
  • Ensure office supplies and necessities are stocked
  • Reception duties, including answering telephone calls and greeting visitors and guests

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant
  • Proficient computer user, with good knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential
  • Pleasant disposition, customer-oriented
  • At least 5' Level passes, one of which must be in English
