Responsibilities:
- Report
to the VP Business Development
- Sell software
products and services to potential customers (franchisees) from
an assigned account list and follow up with implementation and
regular monitoring of franchisees' feedback
- Schedule
regular face to face contact with prospective franchisees
- Follow
up direct mail prospects
- Coordinate
customer reviews
- Support
assigned service locations
Requirements:
- At least
2 years experience in managing account sales, administration
and customer account servicing, preferably in the Asia-Pacific
Region
- Specific
knowledge of the office supply industry and related products,
pricing and distribution is highly desirable
- Understanding
of customer business process and customer process for acquisition
of products
- Strong
consultative skills and experience in a business-to-business
sales environment
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills are required
- Internet
savvy
- Bachelor's
