Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the VP Business Development
  • Sell software products and services to potential customers (franchisees) from an assigned account list and follow up with implementation and regular monitoring of franchisees' feedback
  • Schedule regular face to face contact with prospective franchisees
  • Follow up direct mail prospects
  • Coordinate customer reviews
  • Support assigned service locations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in managing account sales, administration and customer account servicing, preferably in the Asia-Pacific Region
  • Specific knowledge of the office supply industry and related products, pricing and distribution is highly desirable
  • Understanding of customer business process and customer process for acquisition of products
  • Strong consultative skills and experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Internet savvy
  • Bachelor's Degree
